Alison Krauss

The win was a feat not only because of the artist's age, however, the album that earned her such recognition, I've Got That Old Feeling was actually third album in the collection of Krauss. Too Late to Cry was the first album she released when 16 years old. Champaign Illinois resident's age of 16. Her contract was already in place with Rounder Records, one of the leading folk labels even at fourteen. Her achievements even at this young age and her incredible virtuosity has always been measured by her devotion to bluegrass.
