OMB Peezy has already become one of the most prominent figures in the hip-hop scene who is currently signed by 300 Entertainment. He has excelled at his craft with tracks like The Time I Was Down and Porch which were made available for audio streaming platforms in 2017. Loyalty Over love is his first release also released in the year 2017. But he was already well-known prior to releasing Lay Down and a music video for his single. OMB Peezy is a rapper who was born LeParis Daide in 1997. At age 12 He began rapping and was absorbing Southern Rap influences like Kevin Gates Soulja Slim, Masta P as well as developing his style. The rapper was just in his teen years at the time he started to make serious noise with his music, and released the soaring single Lay Down in 2016. The song caught the attention of many including rapper Nef the Pharaoh who played on the track with Bay Area legend E-40 who signed Peezy to his 300 Entertainment/Sick Wid It label. Peezy moved to Sacramento and released his singles Porch and When I was Down in 2017, before releasing the debut EP Humble Beginnings. Peezy released a number of singles released in 2018 along with the Young &Reckless mixtape that was co-produced by Sherwood Marty. He also dropped his own mixtape, Loyalty vs Love. Finally in April 2019 he made his full-length debut through Preacher to the Streets. The following year, he released his sophomore effort Too Deep for Tears which includes features from King Von Blac Youngsta and Rylo Rodriguez among others. A mixtape called In the Meantime 2 was released in collaboration with Drum Dummie. DJ Drama and OMB Peezy teamed up for Misguided, a 2022 mixtape. OMB Peezy dropped his third studio album, Le'Paris on December 20, 2023. This was after a series of singles and special projects. The album featured performances from Tee Kevin Gates' Grizzley Hunxho and others.
